Post 6th February game

Postby Stealth Womble » Sat Feb 06, 2010 6:52 pm

Thanks to all that turned up today, it was pretty much perfect weather for airsofting!!!

We managed to start earlier too, I have to say it felt weird standing around not doing anything, all ready to go and just waiting for a few late arrivals

A bit of a mix up with extraction points at the start but luckily all worked out fine in the end and everyone seemed to enjoy it.
Welcome to the new guys that turned up, hope you had a good day, despite us loosing one of you in the woods at the end of the game.

CQB and sash games were good fun as usual and 6 of us stayed to the end and had a limited ammo pistol game.

Anyway, see you all next time and here are the photo's I took in the woods.

Oh how I hurt! So much pain and agony.

My legs are ruined, I'd never have made it up that hill one more time, especially after humping that dummy all the way to the top, only for the opposing team to shoot us when we were too knackered to fight back.

My trigger finger is sore and swollen courtesy of 2 fine shots from Monsieur Womble (the second one being the full length of the barn as I popped my head out to see where he was).

My thigh is still throbbing from a Womble trickshot (off my gun, off a wall, into my sensitive inner thigh).

And finally my face, distorted from its usual somber expression by the immense amount of fun I was having. I haven't grinned so much in ages, can't wait for the next one!

Another brillant day of Airsofting and the weather was kind ...nice to see the new faces as well.. Would like to thank my team for a great effort in capturing the dummy and making it to the pump house ...

I took two of my team and attack the weir field from the far end ...shot three of the ememy to capture the dummy then only to be shot by Womble and Whompa ...

It was a bit confusing we were told that our retreating HQ was the German HQ then only to be told it was actually the Pump House ...it worked out well for us because I took my two players to the pump house only to find that the rest of our team had captured the dummy and was on there way ...well done team for holding the ememy off for 45 mins really enjoyable ...

The sash games was fun as usual my highlight of the day was to bang kill Flub down the side of the barn ... enjoyed the CQB games as well ... thanks again for everyone that made it a good days airsofting ...

See you all at the next game ... Stevo glad you enjoyed your new purchase ...

Well what can I say another great days Airsoft, currently shuffling about like a 90yr old ( surley I cant be getting old?) woodland game was fun , would have been better if my mate Carlos had any sense of direction!!! I had lots of fun with Stigs Dragunov may well have to add one to the flub armoury , and will need to do some serious weights, as after about 50 shots my right arm was almost falling off from the strain of cocking the bugger. sash games were the usual scream well done to Merv ( sneaky Bas*&%D) for bang killing me ! good to see some new faces , Flubette is now loking to aquire her own gun and becoming a regular she had so much fun on this her second visit and cant wait to go again, thanks to all who came and to Gmac , Pug and the usual crew fo organising another excellent day. Almost forgot the Award for bang kill of the day goes to My Daughter who managed to bang kill Womble in a very novel way , not with the 9lb M4 in her right hand but by making the shape of a gun with her left index finger and thumb and shouting bang!! thanks to womble for being a gentleman and taking the hit from her finger!!
if things are getting you down always remember this , it requires the use of 36 different muscles to make a human face frown but only 4 to squeeze the trigger on a decent sniper rifle!!!
